MILK SUPPLY
The water company initiated and implemented the WHITE REVOLUTION project in 2011, and the final result of this project is to create a milk production and supply system that covers Mongolia, and farmers can supply milk from their animals to national factories at market rates, and national factories can use domestic raw materials at a low cost. It aims to provide consumers with organic products.
Today, the first stage of this project has been successfully implemented. MonFresh company has put into use portable milk reception centers in Gachuurt village near Ulaanbaatar, Batsumber and Bornuur in Central Province. products such as milk are produced with 100% domestic milk and delivered to consumers.
These mobile centers for receiving milk are equipped with a laboratory with the possibility of performing all the basic processes when receiving milk from farmers, and a modern refrigeration center with a capacity of 5-10 tons, which can keep milk fresh for 72 hours. therefore, the herdsmen do not have to transport tens of kilometers to sell their milk, without spoiling it.
In the future, the MonFresh company plans to install additional refrigeration centers in Baganuur, Erdene and Pulganmort districts of the Central Province, and for this reason, MonFresh’s doors are always open to farmers who want to cooperate.
